He says he feels pleased to welcome a visit to Kosovo, Ambassador Kate Marie Byrne and Major General Lasica from the US European Command.
“The US fully supports the sweeping transition of KSF to a multiethnic, professional, interoperable territorial protection force. Proud of our continued and excellent co-operation”, Havenier wrote in his post.
