According to him, discussions in Ohrid were made within what was accepted on February 27th, and we are happy that such an agreement was accepted which Borrell has shown must be implemented without delay.
“We are very much committed to Kosovo's European perspective, Kosovo has its place in European institutions, but Kosovo must advance towards normalising relations with the Serb, because it is necessary for European integration”, Guerot said.
