The board's chairman has been named Edona Nahi, meanwhile, members were named Genc Hondoz, Beserta Zuka and Fitim Raraci.
The first executive said they “must perform tasks and responsibilities in accordance with the law for public enterprises”.
The same task will be exercised for three years.
