Family members report how their beloved ones have disappeared from Serb forces in Krusha

Najejeje from Krusha now waits 24 years in hopes that even a sign of her son and husband, taken from Serbian forces, will be found. It requires responsible institutions to take more for missing persons.

Shehu tells about the moment Serbian forces divide him with his son.

And my son is missing, and 24 years are not known where they are. And we've been assembled and told to drown in the river, you go to Albania. All the way, I've been walking into different houses, looking for help for my son. Every house I told her we've been stopped by our children, say Shehu.

Among other things, she relates her last conversation with her son.

I talked to my son, I told him to come with my mother, and I begged him by ear for not knowing Serbs and taking them away, but my son wouldn't listen. He said no, mother, that all of these here and I dressed like a woman not. And I told the thief with his mother”, she shows up in tears.

Even Sara Krasniqi, who knows nothing about the fate of some of her family members, says the Kosovo government should work harder in this direction.

And I hope that the government will work to reveal their destiny, not leave all these people with concern or sorrow within their families... it's a feeling of pride, but it's also a pain not known where the bodies are, and when their lighthouse has not been discovered for all that they have done for this land, said she.

Afife Latifi, also a family of three killed persons, is proud of their blood given for freedom but requires institutions to do more for martyrs.

Latif relates his last conversation with one of his brothers until he says that he had felt that he would not see him again.

I have three brothers killed. On March 11, I was killed by my husband, and 26 were also killed by three brothers - a very serious sister. They were married, they left us boys and girls... the last day on March 25th, they were second and small, the second one stayed with me in the yard and we talked a lot. He told me maybe your kids don't have a father to call us, nor will our children call us. I followed them to the door and I said myself, remember me seeing you again. I told him to come get his mother after she was with me and they said yes, but they didn't show up from there, says Latifi.

We remember that on the morning of March 25th 1999, Serbian forces committed massacre in Krusha, leaving 243 people dead. From that day on, 63 people from Krusha are still missing.
