Dutch Eurodeput, Thijs Reuten, who is the European Parliament's rapporteur for visa liberalisation for Kosovo.
We remember that on 9 March, the EU Council of Ministers has first adopted the proposal for visa-free movement for Kosovo citizens. The next procedure was delivered to the Commission for Civil Freedoms, Justice and Home Affairs (LIBE) for a repeat vote.
