According to the report in the envelope, there have been several sensitive photographs, while the suspect has been escorted to the police for the interview.
“Mbi the basis of doubts, the Regional Investigation Unit for Economic Crimes and Corruption in Pristina, has managed to identify the suspect and consult with the chief prosecutor in Pristina, the suspect has been accompanied to the police for interview, while another person has been interviewed in the witness's quality, said police.
On the basis of these actions, suspicion has come to pass that the male/Kosovo suspect with the initials (M.R,) allegedly committed the criminal act “The use of official position or authority” by Article 414 KPRK's.
In consultation and co-ordination with PTH Prosecutor from Pristina, decision has been issued on detaining the suspect, and the same has been submitted to holding for 48 hours for further procedures
