According to Selimi, for membership in the KiE, Kosovo will be set up several other conditions, such as implementing the Constitutional Court's decision on the ownership of the Decani Monastery and adopting the Civil Code, where the way is opened for civil communities of the same gender to be registered by law.
Kosovo will not immediately become a member of the Council of Europe after signing the agreement with Serbia. The road will be opened, but more conditions will be added to the vote of immediate membership, including issues such as the Decani Monastery's decision, the adoption of same-gender marriages, and others”, Selimi wrote.
Tomorrow in Ohrid, Northern Macedonia, Prime Minister Albin Kurti and Serbian President Alexander Vuciq meet. They have accepted the European proposal for normalising the reports and will now talk about its implementation plan. You don't know if there's a signature tomorrow.
