In a communiqué by the Democratic League of Kosovo, it is said that the Constitutional Court has assessed as accepting all claims filed by the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK), that the law in question in its material share is constitutional, therefore it should be declared invalid in its entirety.
“The rooting of this law is a collapse of the tendency of power to capture the justice system”, the LDK report said.
The Democratic League of Kosovo, estimates that the least that should happen now is the immediate dismissal of Justice Minister Albulen Haxhiu as violator of the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo.
Constitution breachers should have no place in public institutions, much less at the helm of the main justice institution. The Democratic League of Kosovo, while, will always be in defense of our Republic and our constitutional order; an area that this power does not seem to understand”, the LDK's announcement concludes.
