The end “, for Kosovo and Serbia. I informed the ministers of the agreement we reached in Ohrid between Kosovo and Serbia. This is an important historical moment in the process of normalising relations between them and certainly creates a new status quo in Dialog. We will no longer be hoping in crisis situations, but focused on implementing the agreement that was accepted on February 27,”, Borell said.
He has further said that the European proposal, along with the Impulation Annex, has come into force through the declaration he made after reaching the agreement.
Borell says that the signing sʹkaw has had for “legal reasons”, but says both sides have agreed that the statement made by Borell was a pledge by Kosovo and Serbia to fully fulfill the obligations that come out of the agreement and the Impulation Annex.
These agreements [the Agreement and Acjica] have entered into force with the Declaration issued. It was not a signing for legal reasons, but both sides agreed that my statement was a pledge on their part to fully meet the obligations stemming from this agreement and Anex for its implementation”, Borell said, the official EU page.
He has said the provisions agreed on would be included as an integral part of Kosovo's streets and Serbia towards integration into the European Union. To Kosovo through the Special Group for Normalisation and Serbia through the Negciating Frame chapter 35.
Finally Borell has said the EU will closely follow through on implementation of the agreements.
