Blinken said Ukraine's independence and territorial integrity should be maintained, “but how exactly this will be defined in territories, we are expecting Ukrainians to show us”.
I think there are some areas in Ukraine where Ukrainians are meant to fight and some other areas where they want to regain land using other steps”.
