For many people, coffee consumption has virtually zero effect: They can drink a cup of coffee at 7: 00 p.m. and be ready for bed at 8.
For other people, coffee can affect energy levels, quality of sleep, and so on.
How do you know you're drinking more coffee than you should?
According to Caroline Cederquist, doctor, it's important to listen to your body.
First, you have to understand that the “too much” coffee for someone, could be nothing to someone else.
However, there are clear signs that you are loading your body with caffeine. These signs include such symptoms as:
Feelings of Nervony
Headaches
Quick heartbeat
Handshake
Frequent Urim
Sleepless stuff.
To avoid such unpleasant side effects, Dr. Cederquist recommends that you stick to FDA instructions (no more than 400 mg caffeine a day) or consult your doctor to determine what is best for you and to judge your tolerance based on how your body reacts to caffeine.
If you have noticed that excess coffees are damaging to you but do not know how to use <x0lin”, try to consume coffee without caffeine (decaffeneato) gradually, consuming less and less caffeine.
