Kosovo Tax Administration, announces all persons as taxpayers and others who may be institutions based on Article 23, paragraph 1 of Law No. 03 L-222 for Tax Administration and Procedures, modified and fulfilled with Law No. 04/ L-102 and No. 04/L-23, has cancelled the online tax claims generated by the ATK Electronic System and the ATK website, or tax claims generated from 07.03.23 to 15,03.2023, the ATK report said.
The reason for the annulment of these tax claims, totaling 833, is that due to a technical problem in an interaction link for data refreshment in the post of Tax Confirmation, the system has failed to identify real debts over the time period from 07.03.23 to 15.03.2023.
As a result, tax claims have been generated even in cases where the taxpayers had outstanding duties at ATK.
Every institution/people who through the link https://vertem.atk-x.org/Tax Ver/ReadTax Ver Testify the tax certificate issued online by ATK in top dates, will accept the announcement, such as “Tax test with this serial number is revoted by ATK because of a technical problem during generation. This taxpayer has unfinished obligations in ATK, and based on decision No. 09-06-1232 of the date 24.03.23 of the ATK Executive Director, this Taxation is invalid, or almost canceled. ”
Kosovo's Tax Administration is looking for all the persons they've used or can use online tax claims generated from ATK from 07.03.23 to 15,03.2023, to replace it with tax claims generated again by the ATK Electronic System or the ATK Web site, depending on the status of the person who requires the realisation of the tax.
