The United States has announced another round of military aid to Ukraine, a package of ammunition, and other support worth $400 million.
The package will be funded using the Presidential Authority of Attraction, which authorises the president to transfer items and services from US shares without Congress approval during an emergency, State Secretary Antony Blinken writes Aljazeera.
This military aid package includes more ammunition for “HIMARS” and Obus offered by the United States, which Ukraine is using so effectively to protect itself, as well as ammunition for Bradley infantry combat vehicles, bridges released by armoured vehicles, ammunition and destruction equipment, and other training and support”, he said.
