“According to data reported in the Education Information Management System, in the 2021/22 we had 1739 girls in the 9th grade in public and private education, and in the following year, 2022/23 we had 1153 girls registered in the 10th grade of higher education. That's 586 less. ”
In addition, Kutleshi-Maliki has added that among the reasons for this phenomenon is migration.
Their “are reported 39 who have left out of the country and 6 girls who have abandoned schooling in the 9th grade and 541 girls who after they finished 9th grade are not known whether they migrated or did not want to register in the tenth grade, because this report is not reported in August”, she says.
