The court has announced by means of a communique that the decision was made following the prosecutor's request. The suspect is also known for several other criminal acts.
The Prosecutor's Pre-Procedure Court's request for the appointment of the detention measure against defendant A.L has approved it as based, and the same has been assigned a 1 (a) month detention measure. The judge of the preliminary procedure in the case of the detention appointment has estimated that if defendant A.L. is in freedom, there is the potential danger of escape and flight and could prevent the security of his presence in criminal procedure” the communiqué reported.
The court has estimated that given its personal characteristics, since defendant A. L is the judge's genocide and sentenced to full justice for various criminal acts, there is the danger that if the defendant is found in freedom, I will repeat the criminal acts or commit the criminal act for which he has been attempting to carry out” said at the Court media report.
