During reporting on the Commission for Human Rights, Gender Equality, for Ungenerated Persons, Victims of the Sex Violence of War and Petitions, she said their mandate has lasted for three more years.

Until today, from 1939, 1881 applications have been accepted and 58 are under consideration. In 2023 there are 68 applications - in just the first three months. The approved so far are close to 1473 cases. 3 interviewing panels are taking place within a month. Many cases are arranged without being present in the interview, based on documents.

It's misunderstood here because there's supposed to be a lot of documents, and that's not true what we need is just stories, just stories. If we rejected her the first time, she might have something more when she comes the second time. Besides the members that open the file, no one else does. There's no file name, just code, in order to preserve the privacy”, she said.

AAK MP Albana Bytyqi asked how many cases are approved by gender, while Selmani said there are 1402 women and 71 men.

The chairman of this Commission, Duda Balje, asked about the privacy of the woman's going to the bank to get the money, while it also describes the reason where it comes from.

Selman responded by saying that she is known only as a civilian victim and that there are many such cases.
