The VV man who was chosen in RTK praises himself, keeps up with opposition why he was criticised

Vetevendosje's man, who was elected director of RTK, Riley Grovall, has reacted once again after strong criticism from the opposition, civil society, but also from international media organisations about his appointment, which is being considered completely political. Gerillas in a Facebook post have generalized these criticisms, giving them [...]
The drill in a Facebook post has generalised these criticisms, giving them a “professional assault on his work as a journalist, though on this issue the parties have not had any objections.
He says to be selected in correct form of competition.
My friends know that I have not been a member of any political group for years. Of course, that doesn't mean I've been indifferent over the years to our common history. Our Kosovo is a small country that is building citizenship from the beginning; so this commitment has required commitments from all of us. All of us citizens of adulthood have contributed through years, in one form or another. We've participated in the student movement, the liberation war, just like me, we've been talking about politics, we've commented, we've voted, etc. I think that's normal. We can't make up mud people to run our institutions. Citizens realize that it is not possible, and in fact it is not desirable, that institutions be run by anonymous without history, which have not invested themselves in building democracy”, he writes.
He has also cited the boycott that the LDK has said would make public broadcasters.
“As the elected director of RTK, I assure all political leaders that this institution, so the Directorate under my leadership will respect hierarchy and organogram and maintain an impartial attitude towards parties that build our democracy. You might think you're boycotting us, but we're not gonna boycott you”, he wrote away.
Besides the parties, there were reactions from international organisations to the choice of Gervales at the helm of the Albanian canals in RTK, but they seem to have forgotten to mention Gervala.

Some political figures have disputed my choice as RTK director, cast doubts about my integrity as a person and as a journalist. I understand their attitude, but I want to remind them that I have been selected correctly, in transparent competition, in competition with skilled professional colleagues. The recruiting process is strongly focused, among other things, on matters of personal and professional integrity.

But policy leaders don't do well to misuse this common story of throwing doubt on personal integrity and the professional ethics of journalists. The fact that I've won the maximum points in the rigorous competition process must ensure everyone for two important things. One, that I have a strong anchor in the ethical values of my profession: that for me, objective journalism stands above all. I just have the conviction that today I serve my country best by being an impartial professional of journalism. And second, I'm not influenced by daily politics.
I want to remind all political leaders that they are legally bound to respect RTK's integrity as a public institution. That this legal respect includes the international processes of professional currency, recruiting, employment within the institution. And that the offensive and boycotts constitute policy interference in an independent institution. You're walking your own ass, today, on that rotten board you're speculating that maybe I could step on in my new role!
As RTK's elected director, I assure all political leaders that this institution, so the Directorate under my leadership will respect hierarchy and organogram and maintain an impartial attitude towards parties that build our democracy. You may think you're boycotting us, but we won't boycott you. The taxpaying citizens who keep RTK alive I assure them RTK will serve as your eyes and ears in the corridors of power. While all RTK employees are assured that work, achievement, individual successes will be assessed on strict professional grounds. I think we're all employed in a professional institution, each of us is called a professional in our own domain, from the guards to the principal: and as such we'll be appreciated.
