Serbian judges' resignation 83 courses delivered by Mitrovica Foundation Court to other courts

The Kosovo Judiciary Council (KGJK) has made the decision that 83 basic court subjects in Mitrovica be transported to other founding courts in Kosovo.
The subjects in question by the Constitutional Court in Mitrovica have been delivered to the Constitutional Courts in Pec, Prizren, Gjakova, Ferizaj and Gjilan, reports “Justice Trust”.
The news of “Justice Vow” is confirmed by the Kosovo Judiciary Council.
According to the KDR, all the nature of court cases are involved in this transport, excluding cases of war crimes.
And, in terms of the delivery period in question, The KDR has announced that it will conduct an analysis regarding the burden of subjects and the number of judges in the courts and departments, where the subjects are transported and will act as needed.
Otherwise, following the handover of resignations by judges from the Serb community of the Constitutional Court in Mitrovica, it is the latter in co-operation with the KDR that has created the interim action plan, following the established circumstances.
This provisional action plan for continuing the work of the Constitutional Court in Mitrovica and its branches contains several points, including identifying conveyives to other courts.
