The Kosovo Medical Oda (OMK) has no intention of handing out complaints to the ombudsman in terms of the conflict of the Law of Salaries. This is confirmed by the chairman, the Sejdiu Pleatat. Sejdiu considers this Law to be a discriminater, but expects the same to improve. According to him, under the Law of the Salaries, there are two points opposing the OPC, with which it says they will decide on further steps in their organs.
And yet we haven't submitted yet, it's true that there are two points that we're considering the issue of discrimination because as far as the cofficient is concerned, I believe that in the cofficiency we can't influence so much, because there are money that is in the ministry and we don't have how to counter, on the matter of possibility of discrimination, we're looking at it and putting our organs in the days and weeks ahead, Sejdiu said.
Although considering pay hikes, Sejdiu says the same does not match reality. Pleased to say that they are of the standings of the Law.
You see now if we look at the numeric growth means that there's a double of a doctor's salary, that how much it corresponds to the reality of inflation is far from doubling and the power of money, and on the other hand, we're partially satisfied, but here's probably a first step I can say, better to have a law and then work on a non-fine law but consider that no law regulates all issues, doesn't satisfy all categories, but I believe it's a law that's better than next year and can be done or in the years to continue and that we're doing it's a lot more justice, and I'm sure that's right.
