Real estate prices rise for 30%, four of Pristina's most expensive neighbourhoods

According to Burim Halil, a real estate salesman, the rise is 25 to 30 percent compared with past years, but along with the price, quality has increased.

Halili said the most expensive neighbourhoods currently in Pristina are that of Payton, Lakzira, Mujaharets and Arberia neighborhoods.

Today we are all aware that we live in a time of inflation, and we generally have 15 percent to 20 percent of all things, and one of the highest rates is the price of real estate.
