“11 municipalities in Serbia are led by non-Serb mayor. Unethnic municipal association could form Hungarians, Bosniaks, Albanians and Bulgarians. Why can't Serbia enable that, as long as it requires that in Kosovo?”, he added.
Recently, Kosovo's prime minister is facing increased international pressure to implement the 2013 and 2015 agreements on Association. Internationals already consider the formation of association urgent, in an effort to reach an agreement that would normalise relations between Kosovo and Serbia.
