The release of indictees Marko Rosic, Nedelky Spasojevicq, Dragisa Markovik, Zarko Jovanovic, Silvana Arsovic and Rade Basara has confirmed for “Justice bet”, a lawyer for Arsovic, Musa Damati.
And we have agreed, today we have accepted the special Constitutional Court decision, the Special Department in Pristina, under which the suspension of all security measures of the prosecution's presence for all of the accused, said lawyer Damati, conveys Klanosova.
According to lawyer Damatti, all accused have been under the move to appear at the police station.
The initial session in this case was held on February 11th in 2020, while the Constitutional Court in Pristina on April 6th of the same year had rejected requests for dropping the indictment and objections to the evidence.
Following complaints by four lawyers, the Court of Appeals had approved the defenders' complaints, and the case had returned to restoration.
