The Kosovo government has voted for Mrs. Venera Cerkini for the post of director of the Agriculture Development Agency.
Mrs. Cherkini's name, which is once also the daughter of President Vjosa Osmani's aunt, has been nominated by Interior Minister Jelal Svechla.
“For the executive director position, 15 candidates have applied, 9 of whom have entered the narrow list. In accordance with legal provisions for public officials, I propose the appointment of Mrs. Cerkini for directors at the Agency for Agriculture Development, in a four-year term”, Minister Jhelal Svechla said at the government meeting.
After that proposal, the government voted without a single vote against it, and Kurti said the word: “is valued”.
We remember that Cherkin's appointment in this position is disassembled by British assessment of this competition.
In assessing experts at the Great Britain Embassy in Kosovo, Cerkini is not even on the narrow list of candidates to be elected to this position.
The British-made assessment shows that the two candidates who could be named in this position, who had scored over 70% of the scores, were Menderes Ibra and Muzafer Luma. Mendras Ibra is estimated at 70.25%, while Muzafer Luma by 70%. / P ERISCOPIA
