The “Against them was initiated disciplinary procedure for serious action-related violations, inactions in the case of a serious event at the Prizren Prosecution Centre in 2016”, said among other things in the report.

The Kosovo Correcting Service announces the opinion that it has finally quit work, Mr. Burim Buleskaj, former UD. Director of the Security and Transport Department of Prisoners in the SHKK and Mr. Destan Zogaj, former Justice Officer, UD-Director at Prizren Pre-prison Centre.
They were initiated by disciplinary procedure for serious acts of wrongdoing, misactions in the case of serious event at the Prizren Centre of Paraburg in 2016.
During the investigation and review of all the circumstances related to their event and responsibilities, the Kosovo Discipline Commission has found that in terms of the case in question, the B.B. and the D.Z are responsible for serious disciplinary violations.
Therefore, Kosovo's Disciplinary Commission of the Correcting Service based on these violations has decided to fire both civil servants.
