PDK Deputy Chairman Vlora Citaku writes about Monday's meeting between Aleksandar Vuciqi and Prime Minister Albin Kurti.
She says Kurti will sign Zajednica on Monday and pledge to grant the Serbian Church political status.
Here's Chitak's complete writing:
The Franko German plan didn't drink from the sky. It is the product of the prime minister's negotiation for two years now.
Prime Minister Kurti has achieved success in making Kosovo's (Serbia) dialogue from the political agreement a security problem.
On Monday, Prime Minister Kurti will sign the ceasefire agreement, not the final agreement, with mutual recognition at the centre.
On Monday, Prime Minister Kurti will sign his pledge to continue dialogue for another decade.
On Monday, Prime Minister Kurti will sign association, or Zajednica, as he once called it.
On Monday, Prime Minister Kurti will sign the pledge to grant the Serbian Orthodox Church political status.
So much for the genius of Chief negotiator Kurti.
We remember that Kurti and Vucinqi's meeting, February 27th in Brussels, will be the first this year.
The European Union has said the topic of discussion will be the European proposal for full normalisation of reports between Kosovo and Serbia.
Kurt and Vuchy have basically accepted this proposal.
Its content has not been made public, but from a version that the REL has seen, it turns out it does not envision mutual recognition between the two countries, but the commitment of both sides that it will not prevent each other from integrating processes. The proposal also requires that the parties implement all agreements that have so far reached within the dialogue on normalising relations. The U.S. has supported this document. /Periscopi
