Arifi: Proposed unilateral agreement, internationals play Serbia's side

“The proposed agreement is unilateral. It's a general agreement. The deal is so broadly compiled that everyone can look at it in their own way and compile it in their own way. This agreement also contains earlier agreements, including Association, which in Kosovo has rejected the constitution, there are agreements Serbia has not implemented. The important thing is that it's an international requirement and it's related to global developments, and the Russian war, Ukraine.
