Aktakuza against 15 people suspected of drug production at Ferizaj

According to the prosecution's indictment, there is good-based suspicion that from April 2022, until May 23rd 2022, unauthorisation in the home of the defendant B.H., in the village of Firaj, the Shtrpce municipality and the home of the M.S. defendant, in the village of Varos, Ferizaj, of the same age, produce heroin-type narcotics and 67.5 kilograms, while 25.5 kilograms cannot produce it, so that defendants S. S, A.D., V.N. and S.Z., organize the transport of the first narcotic materials that they bring from Iran through Turkey-Greece and Northern Macedonia, place in a warehouse on “Aastrit Bytyqi”, then improvise a laboratory for heroin production at the home of B.H. defendants in the village of Firaj.

While on May 15th 2022, the defendants H.I and M.Y come to Kosovo, and May 18, 2022, the heroin production process begins, but on May 2022, after suspecting that police have tracked them down, defendants A.D., B.H., and V.N., from Firya attract the narcotics which by that time were produced and sent to the village of Varosh, while on May 23rd 20., police conduct the search for the house of M.S. KPRK.

Also, according to the Prosecutor, for defendants A. The S.S.S.H., with the aim of preventing or hiding evidence, is well-founded that the same has committed criminal work “Peging the test in the official procedure” by Article 386 pars 2 of KPRC.
