Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha did not appear this Monday for the fourth time at the SPAK door, in the application of the Special Court's decision.

On the basis of that decision, Berisha is due to appear on Monday, even 3rd of every month in the SPAK, ahead of Judiciary Police Officers.

The former prime minister is charged with “passive corruption” on the issue of the former sports club Partizan.

Security measures to Berisha have been set to submit <x0 render” and “Halt to get out of the country”, but the SPAK has already submitted to the country the request for authorization to burden the security measure.

As the Council of Mandatas and Immmunities is expected to hold this Monday at 12:00 to assess the SPAK's request, the refoundation has announced holding a protest.

It is learned that around 700 effective police officers have been located in front of the Parliament's premises with the aim of managing the protest, including effective Tirana and FNSH police.

High resolution cameras have been put in place near the Assembly to identify any protest movement for police to have all possible evidence if there are incidents.
