The international community, including the OSCE, is willing to help. But Serbia's democratic progress ultimately depends on its citizens. The only international actor standing in the way of progress is Russia America or Europe, and no one else in the West”, The ambassador said.
He said that Russia has been left without friends, and that makes them use recent elections in Serbia for their own purposes.
He estimated that Russia has been left with few friends, especially in Europe, and that is why it decided to use elections in Serbia “in a desperate attempt to remain current”, as well as thus is trying to create a “division between Serbia and Euro-Atlantic partners”, for Serbian Blic.
“Everything they offer to Serbia is non-resistance and the opposite of progress”, The American ambassador said.
