VV MP's brother company caught smuggling unsigned proteins, lawyer says the shit wasn't his.

Private post office “Postman St. P. K” was banned yesterday by police after being found goods allegedly smuggled. The Task Force unit there has seized goods worth 18 thousand euros. This company is owned by Albin Candman, who is a family member of VV deputy Eman Kundman. [...]

The company's legal representative, Naim Spahiu, told Gazeta Insander that goods are not in the company and that their service has only to deliver products from customers.

This is not about smuggling the company, “Postman St. P. K” Proteins have been seized in Kosovo territory, our client has orders at one location, and we've been sent as the most foolish post office. We've continued by respecting trade regulations and the law for postal services. Police have requested additional clientila documentation and have found that they do not meet the conditions by continuing further with procedures”, Spahiu told Inseder.

Regarding the case, Kosovo Police have also reported that the Task Force unit has banned a vehicle where 43 protein packages allegedly smuggled were found.

On the date 13,11,2023 The Task Force East unit during implementation of duties under police authorisations for the prevention, identification and arrest of suspected perpetrators has banned a vehicle led by Kosovo's male initial suspect R. T., in which 43 packages of goods-soupmental (protein) of various types of weighing about 210kg, worth market-based about 18,000 euros, the commodity for which there was no document on his background, which was allegedly smuggled through illegal routes from RMV-RKS“, police report.

The company “Postman St. P. K”, led by Albin Candman, who is family of VV deputy Eman Kmanman.

According to the ARBK statement, Albin Candman in this company has 100 percent shares.
