Kosovo police today have received more protection from leaders of Kosovo's opposition leaders, Kosovo's Memli Krasniqi of the PDK and Lumir Abdjik of the LDK.
The Online Reporter.net reports that numerous threats by Serbian terrorist groups to Albanian politicians in Pristina, following the attack on Zvecan Banjsk, have prompted the Kosovo Police to engage close police protection for PDK leader Memli Krasniqi, the LDK's Lumar Abdixhik and other politicians of parliamentary political subjects.
Reporter's sources within the Kosovo Police indicate that Krasniqi, Abdixhiku and other politicians from Kosovo at this fragile security time, especially after the terrorist attack in Banjska, have been the target of suspected terrorist groups from Serbia, so police have decided to add close protection.
