Secretary - General NATO, Jens Stoltenberg, said from Serbia that establishing the Association of Serb majority municipalities is the key to normalising relations between Kosovo and Serbia.

At a joint conference with Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq, he called on both countries to continue dialogue because, as he stressed, this is the only way to peace.

“We also discussed tensions in northern Kosovo and the importance of the KFOR peacekeeping mission, which guarantees security for two decades. We will continue to do this impartially and within the mandate. KFOR members have undergone attacks, we have seen riots in September. The authors must be brought to justice”, Stoltenberg said.
