Isni Kilaj has been arrested in Kosovo by the Specialised Prosecutor's Office (ZPS) under an arrest order issued by the specialised prosecutor.
According to your announcement The ZPS, he has been transferred to Kosovo's Specialised Chambers Pre- Hamilation Target in The Hague and will appear before Kosovo's Pre-emptive Procedure Judge without unnecessary delays.
