Shlzen Gashi, civil society activist, has again declared in “PressingT7's” that Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti has rejected the Association of Serb majority municipalities.
That claim, Gashi bases on what Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vuciq, did not sign the Brussels agreement and the Ohrid annex due to conditions Kurti has imposed.
He has said Kurti has set as a condition the signing of the Brussels agreement and the Ohrid annex, which Gashi says Serbian President Vuciq “never does anything like that”.
The second condition is recognition of Kosovo by the five non-recognising countries of the European Union, Spain, Greece, Slovakia, Romania and Cyprus.
As well as mentioning Kurt's condition for partnership with NATO.
Whenever you don't admit it, you're not getting it right. He set three conditions, said he must sign the Ohrid and Brussels Agreement, the first one, will never accept that. Agreements, as is Brussels and Ohrid, Vuciqi does not accept. The second condition was the five EU countries to recognise Kosovo, and the third condition said partnership with NATO, which had the road to Kosovo's membership in NATO”, Gashi said on Wednesday.
However, he also had disagreements with the proposed draft status, where it mentions that the agreements reached between Kosovo and Serbia should be reached with confidence and unconditional conditions.
Gashi says such a “good faith with official Belgrade” there is no.
