Prosecutor: It is a list of missing persons related to events in Kosovo, produced in March 2001 by missing persons on this list, are set in chronological form on the basis of extinction.
There are only two notes in these documents that date February 9, 1999, one of them is for Djuric Nebojsa and the other Petro Markovic and says that each one of them is seen in Fushe Kosovo, is that the same place you told us?
Dragan Ivanisevic: Yeah.
Prosecutor: In your statement, accepted as proof you explained that he stopped you. KLA on the road from Pristina to Vushtrri, can you tell us roughly how far the Fushe Kosova is from where they stopped you?
Prosecutor: You told us you got the luggage in the back of a car with Mr Markovic, from what you saw. Did you get any idea how old he was?
Dragan Ivanisevic: It was dark, but I would say it was about 35 years old, but I'm not sure because it was hard to see.
Prosecutor: As for the document, it has missing persons' birthdays and Mr Markovic's birthday is 4 March 1965 so it would have been 33-34 at the time of the ban, does what you just told us about his age agree?
Dragan Ivanisevic: Yeah, it's fitting.
Prosecutor: When you first saw Mr. Markovic, what did he look like when he saw him?
Dragan Ivanisevic: He seemed quite disturbed, disturbed. He was deeply thinking, he seemed humiliated.
Prosecutor: Was there anyone near him at the time from the KLA?
Dragan Ivanisevic: Yeah. KLA members had an automatic weapon and stood by the driver's side, was by the car and he had pointed a gun at him and he was sitting in the back seat. /Albian mail/
