During this week, the Specialised Prosecutor's Office has started with several raids linking it to the court processes under way in The Hague.

In regard to these raids, KLA OVL Chairman Faton Klinkaku's task officer, has said that anyone who is the target of these raids by the SPS will not allow anything without their presence to be touched, as he said the “ta are also able to assemble evidence calling you confidential (4)x1>.

This is what he stressed based on his previous experiences by SPS when they raided OVL KLA offices on September 25th, 2020.

Read below Klinkak's full Facebook post:

You all remember the OV offices raids. L.N.A. from the SPS on September 25th, 2020.

When I went to attend, or to be present during the raids, the first job I've done is that I've asked the head of the Operation Zdenka Pumper to get the police out of our offices and out into the hallway, telling them we have bitter experiences since the Yugoslav era was set up, and the second job I've done has been that I've been asking for the search warrant and we've waited for about 1 hour until the decree came.

When the search began, I didn't let any letters be touched until I was half a meter there to see what was being touched.

And at the end of the day when I signed the conclusion of the raid, I mentioned in remarks that I don't account for what was done about an hour and a half before I was there.

Therefore, any of you who may be the target of their raids or control do not let anything be touched without your presence, for they are also able to assemble evidence against you, claiming to be confidential.
