I think they've been avoiding the inevitable for a long time. The inevitable is they need to find out, there is no other way. Because the country of both states is in the Euro-Atlantic community. Perhaps faster for one and a little later, but this is their place. They can't change geography, they're in the middle of Europe, so their country is there. The inevitable is getting to know”.
Rama said that the situation between the two countries currently sees more positive. According to him, there is progress in principle to move forward on the question of association.
I've always been critical because I've always believed that peace is very useful for everyone, rather than any attempt to postpone this peace and turn foreign policy into an internal policy tool. The situation now as I see it, is a little different because there is significant progress in accepting in principle to move ahead with the issue of association. I hope it goes on like this and then the next steps will be taken because there is no winner here. The cost is not so small and may be more dramatic, if the inevitable is denied, denied, and postponed. I've always believed this is the only way out of”.
The Media Forum for Southeast Europe (SEEMF) gathered at the XVII edition in Tirana, with the presence of journalists, editors, Media CEOs, experts, politicians and representatives of international organisations and institutions, from more than 30 countries in the world, following a several-year tradition of multilateral dialogue on irreplaceable role, contribution and the future of journalism and media./Tvclean. al
