Pope Francescu has called on helping the wounded in Gaza and allowing more humanitarian aid to enter the territory.

Speaking from the Vatican in his weekly prayer, the Pope said his thoughts go daily for <x0vjet” and “cystian serious” in Israel and Palestinian territories.

Help immediately the wounded in Gaza. Civilians must be protected and more humanitarian aid should be sent to that exhausted population,”, he added, the BBC reports.

Pope Francis also called for the release of hostages taken by Hamas in Israel on 7 October.
