Through a long response to the media, they said they are in a serious position and are not being supported by the government.

In this response they have made their demands public again, and one of them is the payment of surplus risk.

Full response:

Facing a very serious situation in the country, organizing, financing, and managing the country's Fire and Salvation Service, we have decided that once again we will send you a public letter to express our frustrations and concerns about the failure of the decision-making institutions to improve this situation and ensure normal conditions for work. Today in the Government meeting, the decision provided tools for the Kosovo police, this key decision only for a category of security institutions, by excluding firefighters, the most specific institution, the highest riskive professions for health and life, has irreverently angered and disturbed Kosovo's firefighters, this decision is unacceptable once again proves that firefighters have no institutional care, without support, discrimination for years, denigrated, and despised decades.

Kosovo firefighters have not yet been compensated for night shifts, state and religious holidays, overtime (for 2022) and then no compensation of obligations for additions to 2023, and no payment of overtime invited to mobilization in the north, this situation and this discrimination has reached a peak, and Kosovo firefighters demand justice and requirements urgently meet. We've been addressing the state institutions, the executives and the legislature, we've demanded that this urgently created situation be adjusted, but no response regarding the Union-led demands is taken into account, this silence of institutions is acceptable and unwarranted, how it might be kept and are indifferent to the situation created in the Kosovo fire service.

So we also appeal and seek, from government institutions, Central and Local, relevant ministries, MPs urgently act and engage to regulate the unelected position of fire departments, to protect the interests of the fire service, to consider the order that has engulfed the fire service, urgently to secure budgetary means and enable us to create normal conditions, and to fulfill your obligations to the fire departments of Kosovo, engage that service be functional and be willing to carry out the mission in a dignified manner.

For our righteous demands based on laws, we expect that 2 (two) decades, the patience of the firefighters has been lost, this situation created is unaffordable and unacceptable. So we prefer to urgently analyze the state created in the service; to secure the budget for 2024, until the powers are defined in the middle of MPB. / The AME, and the rest of the demands are the Search for the Fireship Union:

) To start compounding job risk;

Health insurance;

) To set up staff with new firefighters, the current number outside any criteria;

Systemic fire control;

) Compensing obligations for overtime, state holidays and night shifts, for 2022, as agreed on at the meeting held by date.

19.11.2021 on Zv. Prime Minister Z. Faithful Bislimi, Minister Mr. Iron Murati and Minister, Mr. Jedal Svechla,

) Compensing night shifts, State holidays and overtime for 2023.

) Define management competencies between AME/MPB-Comuna

) Improve working conditions, provide equipment and tools for work;

) Secure the Shuita

We urgently seek to analyze the serious situation that has engulfed Kosovo's fire and rescue service, otherwise firefighters have lost patience and unanimously demand that because of failing to meet the demands and expectations for years, the lack of attention and bypasses that have been made to firefighters to organise the Protes,
