NATO and EU countries destroyed the OSCE's military-political dimension. In 1999, NATO committed brutal aggression against Yugoslavia, an OSCE and UN member. And in 2008, by violating UN Security Council Resolution 1244 and the principle of border inefficiency in Europe from the final act of Helsinki, Serbia was captured by Kosovo without any referendum”, Lavrov stressed.
He recalled that for a little over a year the Helsinki Final Act will be 50 years old.
“The SEU welcomes this anniversary in a painful state and its prospects are unclear”, the Russian minister has said.
