Kurti: Kosovo diaspora bridge connecting to world

The International Forum Ulpiana aims to advance relations between governments and policies through the diaspora engagement.

At this forum, Diaspora and Foreign Affairs Minister Donika Grovalla- Schwarz, who shared her experience at the time she lived in foreign countries, as well as her return home to contribute to the country's progress.
