The Pajaziti is located in the detention measure since 7 August this year along with suspects Hisni Gecaj and Guzim Zakuti.
The last two were released after the prosecution's request.
According to the prosecution's file, provided by KALLXO.com, Andy Pajaziti, Gezim Zakuti, Dukagjin Nikollaj, and already late Kastriot Ramadani, along with an unidentified person about 23:17 on August 4th, were at the “Ban Vivant” local.
Kosovo police have announced on August 11th that they have declared Dukagji Nikolaj on the run, under suspicion that he has committed four different criminal acts and that the same was allegedly involved in the case of RKBen Vivant '%. The same is still being sought.
The DA's file explains the moment the parties pulled out the firearms and started shooting at each other.
First Kastriot Ramadani to note that Andy Pajaziti and Gezim Zakuti had entered the club, the same had acted as Dukagjij, who pulled the gun out of a bag carrying it, where Pajazit for a moment began to physically clash with defendant Nicolaj.

Kastriots Ramadani also retaliates with firearms, but he is not the only one, since Nikolay shoots his own guns at Pajazit.
Acts that the Prosecutor's Office claims have risked the lives of other persons who had suffered bodily injuries from firearms.
