The Special Court judge said there is doubt based on Isni Kilajt for criminal acts {Pegim of official persons for performing official duties, and a violation of the secret of the procedure”.
November 2, 2028 Specialised Prosecutor issued a warrant for Isni Kilaj. There is suspicion based on criminal acts, obstruction of official persons to perform official duties, and violation of the secret of the procedure. Kilaj was transferred to The Hague facility on 03.11,2023. Today's hearing is not a court hearing, as no indictment has yet been submitted by the specialised prosecutor.
