Blendi Kilay, the former commander's son, has given the first details.
Kilaj said his family is surrounded in two houses, in Pristina and in Malisevo, by EULEX and Special Court, where within 17 hours no contact was allowed from abroad.
“Around 6:30 am, both our houses, Pristina and Malisheve, have been surrounded along with the Special Court troops we've been surrounded and questioned all”, he said.
Furthermore, he has indicated that his father's arrest took place without any warning.
There was no warning or anything like that, all day long we were surrounded and finally at 11:30 to 00 a.m., they arrested Father and there was nothing more of an additional information. So far we have not been notified by an official EULEX person or Special Court”, he said of “IndexOnline”
“have demanded any possible evidence about the war or current witnesses, but they have not been able to find anything since we are clean in every respect”, Kilaj stressed.
He announced that only the phone and computer of former Commander Kilaj has been confiscated by EULEX.
Kilaj also said that his father, Isni Kilay, is in the offices of ELUEX and is waiting for the lawyer and the next processes.
