IDF confirms 14 Israelis and 3 Thai citizens have surrendered to Israel

Israeli Defence Forces say the Red Cross handed 12 hostages to the Special Forces and members of the Shin Bet security agency at the border fence in the central section of the Gaza Strip.
They will be sent to the Hatzerim air base for an initial medical examination and to make calls with their families.
After that, they will be sent to hospitals to rejoin their relatives.
One of the hostages was taken directly by helicopter to a hospital, the IDF says.
Four hostages were taken at the border of Egypt, and Rafah from thence shall be brought to Israel.
The IDF says it is constantly updateing hostage families.
