Hoti: 295m euros blocked by EU, Kurti accepts Association

The country's former prime minister, Avdullah Hoti, says 295m euros is the value of projects blocked due to measures the EU has imposed on Kosovo.
In his Facebook account, he adds that on the other hand, Kurt has agreed to form association.
“Here is what Kurti Government strategy has resulted in in in dialogue with Serbia: both punitive measures, and the formation of association”, Hoti wrote, listing, according to him, some of the projects blocked:
- 92m euros: Pristina water pipeline and sewer network
- 9.95m euros: waste management and the surrounding economy
- 9 million euros: integrated intercommunal waste management in the Dukagjin region
- 7.2m euros: upgrade of the transmission network, phase VII
- 7m euros: support of various institutions to approach policies and legislation with EU standards, as well as implementation of agreements from the EU-enlightened dialogue between Kosovo and Serbia.
- 6 million euros: support of community returns and their reintegration into society
- 3m euros: energy efficiency in public buildings in municipalities
- 3 billion euros: equal access of Roma, Ashkali and Egyptian girls to pre-school, elementary and middle education
- 2.5m euros: Improve social inclusion for women, men from non-communal communities in Kosovo
- 2mm euros: network for gathering sewers and storm waters in Pristina
- 1 million euros: volunteering programmes for young people and young people.
- 0.8m euros: Support of legal professions
- 0.35m euros: Study feasibility for the sewage plant in Ferizaj
- 0.35 million euros: Study feasibility for the Podujevo sewage plant
