The US stance regarding association should be in accordance with the Constitutional Court's decisions, without executive competence, with the Chollet-Escobar editorial.
We believe that the draft presented to Kurt contains all these criteria.
But there is only one entity that can decide whether it is in accordance with the Constitution or not and that is the Constitutional Court.
I think there are many questions and comments as well as hysteria regarding the constitutionality of the draft.
The only body that has the capacity and authority to decide is the Constitutional Court, he said, Periscope.
