But “Burdushi” against these decisions through defenders had filed a request for protection of the legality of the Supreme Court at the request to postpone the prison sentence.

“Burdushi” on January 10th 2023 was sentenced by the Founding Foundation to 4 years and 6 months in prison and to 42 thousand euros in fines due to the illegal exercise of medical or pharmaceutical activity, fraud, money laundering and illegal weapons. This decision was confirmed by Appeals as well as by the Supreme.
