The bird returns to Murat: Mr. Manipulator, you've shared no extra cents for Pristina, the grant belongs to us by law.

Pristina Deputy Chairman Alban Zogaj has responded to Finance Minister Iron Murati, who recently wrote that the Pristina municipality has never more than now had a budget and that the capital's leaders only need to work.

Zogaj called it a manipulator Mqirat and said the extra grant he mentioned belongs to the capital by law, while accusing it of not sharing any additional cents for Pristina.

He also charges that funds from the government are being shared with the 2011 provision when in Pristina there are far fewer residents than there are now.

In the end, Zogaj says the government has made no political decision to invest in any project for the capital.

The extra grant for the capital, to which you are referring, to us by the Law of the Capital. And you, as Government, have not shared any additional CENTs for the capital, except what is rightfully due us. And, furthermore, you share those funds with the 2011 provision, where Pristina had fewer than 200,000 inhabitants.

Mr. Minister, do you know that the capital today, according to many measurements, has some 400,000 resident inhabitants? So we must have twice the budget we currently have!

Finally, show me a project where you as Government have made a political decision to invest in the capital, 1 project?

On the contrary, constant blockades!
