Former Ambassador Hysa: If they stay what I read in the draft, the question is more complex than it seems

Former Kosovo ambassador, also participating in Vienna talks Ylber Hysa in “RTK Prime” spoke of a draft published on media.

The former diplomat has also spoken of the preamble that this drafttate of Association, mentioned in Resolution 1244, which he said was mentioned in order to make the other side a delight.

Hysa: This draft board is a setback
